Growing up in Lebanon, I always dreamed of building something that could make life easier for people here. The idea for Swift Go came to me one rainy evening when I was stuck waiting for a ride, watching delivery drivers zip by with food I couldn’t order because I didn’t have the right app. Why couldn’t it all be simpler? That’s when I decided to roll up my sleeves and code a solution. As a software engineer, I’ve spent countless nights debugging lines of code, fueled by coffee and a vision of a seamless platform. From the first prototype—barely functional but full of promise—to the app we have today, it’s been a journey of persistence. I remember the first time a user thanked us for getting them home safely; it made every late night worth it. My goal is to keep pushing the boundaries of what Swift Go can do, blending technology with the heartbeat of Lebanon.

My journey with Swift Go started over a casual coffee chat with Ousama, where he pitched this wild idea of an all-in-one app. I was hooked—not just by the concept, but by the potential to connect with people. As PR and CFO, my days are a mix of storytelling and number-crunching. I’ll never forget the first release we sent out; our hands were shaking as we hit ‘send,’ hoping someone would care. They did. Soon, we were fielding calls from partners eager to join us. One of my proudest moments was securing a deal with a local restaurant chain—it felt like a win for the whole team. I see my role as building bridges: between Swift Go and its users, between our vision and the resources to make it happen. Every handshake, every budget I balance, is a step toward making this dream sustainable and real.

Operations are where ideas meet reality, and that’s where I thrive. I joined Swift Go because I saw a chance to tackle the everyday logistics challenges in Lebanon head-on. I still remember our first big test: a day when we had 23 rides and 26 deliveries scheduled at once. It was intense—coordinating drivers, keeping everything on track, and making sure we delivered on time. Since then, I’ve worked tirelessly to fine-tune our operations, ensuring drivers are where they need to be, deliveries arrive hot, and the app runs like a well-oiled machine. One time, a customer called to say their meal arrived just in time for a family celebration; that’s the kind of impact I live for. My story with Swift Go is about turning challenges into clockwork, making sure every detail comes together perfectly for you.
