Google Maps

The Application uses Google Maps to:

• Provide accurate maps, routes, and navigation services essential for ride-hailing.
• Enhance the overall user experience with detailed and reliable mapping data.

Personally Identifiable Information

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, full name, phone number, and location. • The User must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• To access certain functions of the Services, the User must create an account and is responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
• The Administrator has the right to block or delete the User's account for violation of this Agreement.
• Providing false information or failure to provide requested information may result in denial of access to the Services.
• The company may save and use the User's personal data for providing Services, advertising, and marketing. The User can request deletion of personal data.
• The User has the right to request deletion of personal data from the company's database.
• The company is not responsible for third-party access to User's personal data. The User is responsible for data security.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application and services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected], and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete this from their servers.
