1.1 By using any functions or Services of SwiftGo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.
1.2 The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including those of their country of residence, location, and citizenship.
1.3 The Administrator may amend these terms and conditions at any time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
1.4 The Agreement, including all amendments and supplements, is posted on the portal and mobile Apps. By using the Services, the user consents to amendments without additional notification.
1.5 Definitions:
2.1 The User must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
2.2 To access certain functions of the Services, the User must create an account and is responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
2.3 The Administrator has the right to block or delete the User's account for violation of this Agreement.
2.4 Providing false information or failure to provide requested information may result in denial of access to the Services.
2.5 If the User violates this Agreement and has a positive balance, the Administrator may block the account and withhold funds until clarification.
2.6 The company may save and use the User's personal data for providing Services, advertising, and marketing. The User can request deletion of personal data.
2.7 The User has the right to request deletion of personal data from the company's database.
2.8 The company is not responsible for third-party access to User's personal data. The User is responsible for data security.
2.9 The User is responsible for data and account security.
3.1 The Administrator may restrict access to the Services or block the User's account for violation of this Agreement.
3.2 The User may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes and must comply with all terms of this Agreement.
3.3 Regardless of registration, the User must comply with this Agreement while using the Services.
3.4 The Administrator may block the User's account without notification for actions violating laws or regulations.
4.1 The User consents to processing and transfer of personal data for providing Services, advertising, and marketing. The User can request deletion of personal data.
5.1 Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and other factors. Additional fees or surcharges may apply.
5.2 Users are responsible for paying fares through the app. Drivers receive payment from the platform according to agreed-upon terms.
6.1 Users may incur charges for cancelling rides, and drivers may receive compensation for cancelled rides.
7.1 Users and drivers participate in a rating and review system to maintain service quality and safety.
8.1 The platform implements safety measures, such as driver background checks, GPS tracking, and emergency assistance features, to ensure user security.
9.1 The platform owns all intellectual property rights associated with the app, including trademarks, logos, and user-generated content.
10.1 Users and drivers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including traffic laws and regulations related to ridesharing services.
11.1 The platform provides a dispute resolution mechanism to address conflicts between users, drivers, and the platform.
